Called for an appointment and the front desk transferred me directly to an attorney named Michael. From the start, he sounded irritated, dismissive, and completely uninterested in answering basic questions. I would have had no problem paying for a consultation if that had been required upfront, but honestly, after speaking with him, I’m glad I didn’t. Note that your receptionist is turning away potential clients.. I called inquiring about an HOA legal issue (as the president of my HOA) and she said they don’t practice in this field. However the website clearly states it as one of their practice areas….
