Dr. Kharazi is an amazing doctor! Drop awful uncaring Dr. Jone and see wonderful caring and super smart Dr. Kharazi. She listens to you and treats you like a human, and not just a dollar sign to get you in and out like so many doctors do!
Kind, caring, compassionate; very professional yet also very personable. Listens attentively and understands well. She doesn't talk 'at' you, but 'with' you. Doesn't rush you through your visit. She cares about her patients' overall health, not just prescribing drugs. And her office staff is also awesome. I'm so happy to have found Dr. Kharazi! She is the "gold standard."
I have been with this doctor for over two years, it’s been through one or two management changes. The service is inconsistent, it’s increasingly more difficult to be seen as the doctor will cancel appointments, and one can contact the office directly and must go through the call center. I experienced a knee injury while with dr. Karahzi and it took 4 months to get a diagnosis. I had to call twice a week to get them to get things done.
