The PA was very knowledgeable and explained to me what I needed to make the best decision for me! Very friendly, bubbly personality!
Front office staff are friendly and efficient. The only head scratcher is when you have completed all the BSW online questionnaires and entered ALL the information in the e/check in then does an MA ask all the identical questions & enter the data again? It seems to be a waste of time for either patient or the MA. First visit with Simin who seems to be a good PA that listens and looks toward helping her patients. She takes an adequate amount of time to explain things

Berenji is so fantastic. My wife and I are so fortunate to have been placed in her care. I wish we had knnown about your urologists that come here once a week. We googled "Urologists in Georgetown" Could you let your marketing dept. work on that. I hope that sometime in the future I could change that.
