Nothing but positive experience every time I've ever had to come here. Dr. Hasan is extremely knowledgeable and thorough with her exams. Her ability to talk me through each step of care is unmatched. I couldn’t get in to see my primary care doctor so I came to Simi Valley Urgent Care, and I’m so glad I did. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. A special thank you to Kobe, Carlos, Tiffany, and Jackie for being so kind, professional, and attentive. They made me feel welcomed and well cared for throughout my visit. Words cannot express how grateful I am for this institution. Every time I’ve needed them they’ve responded with nothing but kindness, urgency and they will do everything possible to make you feel better before leaving. They are prompt, respectful and the most kindest. From front desk to back office, everyone plays a wonderful role to making sure you are well taken care of.
Dr. Hassan is awesome along with the rest of the staff Tiffany, Carlos and Violet. I go regularly for wellness infusion iv for hydration and anything else I need. 5 stars!
