My 93 yr old father has been trying get a hold of this guy for several months and all my father gets is the run around. How can any responsible person do this to the elderly. Of he can not help well tell him otherwise man up.
I rented a house managed by Allan for 3 years. He was civil, until it came to move out. He violated the contract, which states we have to remedy any deficits prior to him keeping the deposit and attempted to keep $2,700 of the deposit without informing us of any "deficits".
