The nicest yet most incompetent and dishonest service department I’ve ever encountered. They don’t pick up the phone, don’t bother to retrieve customers’ extended warranties, don’t offer the rental car compensation amounts in every Mopar extended warranty from the moment you drop your car off, don’t call and give timely updates, don’t call back when they say they will…and let cars languish for days without getting touched, and then lie about whether they ever had the part that was needed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND due to incompetence, unethical business practices and poor customer service. Mario Morales AND KEVIN KRAUSE give the most ineffective service possible. Our car has been fixed twice for the same exact thing, and within 2 weeks having to go to another place for the same exact thing. We have spent over $3,000 with Dodge for the same problem. I brought in my 2009 Dodge Ram for service. My truck was overheating & after going back & forth with my previous mechanic, I decided to go to the dealership for diagnosis and repair. Kevin, my service advisor, was very helpful & knowledgeable. Great customer service, reasonable price, & knowledgeable mechanics. Highly recommend.
