The nicest yet most incompetent and dishonest service department I’ve ever encountered. They don’t pick up the phone, don’t bother to retrieve customers’ extended warranties, don’t offer the rental car compensation amounts in every Mopar extended warranty from the moment you drop your car off, don’t call and give timely updates, don’t call back when they say they will…and let cars languish for days without getting touched, and then lie about whether they ever had the part that was needed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND due to incompetence, unethical business practices and poor customer service. Mario Morales AND KEVIN KRAUSE give the most ineffective service possible. Our car has been fixed twice for the same exact thing, and within 2 weeks having to go to another place for the same exact thing. We have spent over $3,000 with Dodge for the same problem.
