My 2014 Chevy Volt with 11,000 miles wouldn't start with need to replace battery. Had Autoclub pick up car after Auto Club driver used small device to jump battery under the hood. Actual battery is in rear of car. Auto Club driver never accessed the trunk area. I picked up car the next day.
