I had a very disappointing experience at Simi Nails & Spa yesterday. I went in expecting a relaxing, professional pedicure, but unfortunately the quality of work was far below expectations. The polish application was uneven and the overall finish looked messy as seen in the pictures I attached. There was little attention to detail, and I left feeling like the service was incomplete.

I have been a customer at Simi nails for two years. I have referred Jhanvi to my mom, sister and three friends. Lately I have noticed that the nail polish is hard and not the best quality. Today, I went in to get a pedicure and gel manicure. While doing the pedicure, Jhanvi mentioned that the nail polish was thin and she would do three coats. My nails were a little too thick for an acrylic set. I can feel the difference in thickness between my original set and the fill in they did. I have to go back to fix it.
