I like my doctor here, Dr William Lee, but every now and then I would a get rude person on the phone. Like today, I was speaking with Cynthia who sounded like she hated her job. Her tone makes your blood boil. She did not identify her name when she picked up the phone which is very unprofessional, I had to ask for it. I have more questions but decided, to just wait till I see the doctor and perhaps address my concern about their front desk staff.

Long waiting time to see a doctor. Receptionist not very helpful. Doctor Drummond is missed.

Dr Lee is great, my problem is his receptionist the lady’s name is Brenda I called because I have Covid also a heart stent and blood thinners, I have had a co worker die of Covid This lady was rude and unprofessional, no help, appointment,ect… All this medical professional said very rudely is your not dying, how the hell does she know over the phone, not one question asked about symptoms Sorry this office has become a joke
