An improvement might include not charging people inappropriate and aggressive late fees. A $25 late fee for a bill of $13.04 if not payed in 30 days is obscene. That's almost double the amount owed. I paid on time, and could pay the late fee if needed, but not everyone in our community is in a position to do so. I hope Simi Health Center is open to dropping or lowering late fees for our neighbors in need who are especially vulnerable to be taken advantage of. Obtaining health care is not optional.
Usually pretty quick (relative to the E/R). Doctors are pleasant & thorough. I always bring my family here to Dr Joshi & Dr Negron if our regular physician isn't open.
Only Urgent Care in Simi I go to. Always very kind and helpful.
