I am utterly appalled by the unprofessional and disrespectful conduct of Simi Dental Care. After scheduling an appointment, I received a text just 20 minutes before my visit informing me that it was canceled, with no explanation provided. When I sought clarification, I was met with utter disregard and disrespect from the staff, including the use of inappropriate language in a text message from the receptionist.
