They descriminate and they don't even help you with what you need. I went there once and there was a girl like behind the counter we were looking for a gear wheel for my bicycle and she didn't ask if we needed help she would just look away every time we look towards her. Then after like 15 min she came over and ask if we needed anything, I showed her my gear wheel that I needed and she took a quick glance and said, and I quote, "we don't carry that, you better off finding it in a garage sale or something" and turn around and... read more

This local bike shop is run by great, friendly staff. Always helpful and they stand behind the products they sell. I have bought 3 GIANTs and lots of accessories from them and will continue to choose them for all my biking needs. Thanks SCC
They're always available with lots of help. Great repairs and tuneups at good prices. Have often fixed and lubed things up for free. :)
The cable for my front derailleur frayed and would not allow the derailleur to shift to the big ring today. Less than halfway through the club ride (with the Conejo Valley Cyclists), I decided to stop at a bike shop to have the cable fixed/replaced. I was really close to this shop, so I rode there and asked for help. They put the bike on the stand, removed and replaced the cable, and adjusted everything so I could get back on the road.
