RecommendedMy Grandparents were the 1st residents to invest in a unit here. It was amazing from day one. A safe and secure place for seniors. They have activities there regularly for the residents etc.... It is a true "Senior community ". Both my daughter and I have great memories of this place.
So glad I moved here! Good location , great management , lots of friendly people ! Feeling safe and secure . Lots of activities to keep a person busy !
The management seems very dishonest. Every time we spoke, the prices changed! After you pay between 66k-72k for your unit, you pay $2,820 a year (almost 30k in ten years) for "maintenance." So the money you "get back" has been paid in fees. The unit we looked at needed to be completely renovated and they said it could not be done until we paid the $2,500 downpayment! Where do the maintenance fees go if they are not for renovating the units? With 37 units they are making over 100K a year in MAINTENANCE FEES alone. The facilit... read more
My grandma lived there for a long time. She used to bring friends with to visit me and she always had really good friends that lived there as well.
It is a wonderful community and a great deal for retired living!
Great place. Have known two of the ladies who have lived there since it opened! Very satisfied and very economical. You don't fix a thing yourself.
