I see the staff at the Lady Lake office due to the location of my home. All of the staff, including Dr Nguyen and Jennie his RN and his office manager are excellent. They listen to your concerns and try to find the best possible treatment for your pain
Waited for months to see this specialist. Doctor told me to take 2 Tylenols once a day. Incredible.

Went to manage my pains. Sciatica etc. waited for weeks of torment for appointment. never saw MD. Toad ee Office manager face instead telling me MD & me would not "be a good fit". She could speak for MD. Confirmed my guess: they were another private equity Corp. Obviously my pain meant zero. Only my $$$. Showed me the EXIT Recount my story to old school MD. Worst doctor's office ever showed app 6 minutes late. Wasn't gonna let me in then didn't have physical medical card? But at all information for them. They refuse to see me. Then told me if I could download the medical card. I can reschedule my appointment. I suggest never going here. I just had a conversation with him prior to that and told them I didn't have a card. And I still drove 30 minutes to go to my appointment. Just for them to tell me I couldn't be seen. Not sure doctor Doctor ingraham knows what's going on. But th... read more
