DR. Nyguen should take his talent far from this organization. The staff is unqualified and inept. They are from the bottom of any employable personnel barrel. There is no one in "charge" to speak to and no one employed there that cares about the patient. I was told to find another DOCTOR by the staff! Can you imagine that. I have lost my N.Y. workers Comp Case from 2010 because there was no medical report for my attorneys to use. RUN if you can.
Sime Ocala & Gainesville has fallen apart. The Company lost some very key staff, and unfortunately, they can not provide service to their Customers! Good Luck...
