I attended SIMED Health solely for a routine occupational health assessment. Unfortunately my experience was disappointing from start to finish. The staff were dismissive and appeared uninterested in providing even a basic standard of customer care. The overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming and uncomfortable, which made what should have been a straightforward appointment unnecessarily unpleasant. Based on this experience, I would not choose to return or recommend this facility to others.

I submitted a request for an appointment online and was told to wait 3-5 days for a callback. After a month, I called and left a voicemail. After another week, I called and had to leave another voicemail. No one has returned my calls or messages. I shouldn't have to beg to get an appointment scheduled.

From the desk to the exam room, everyone here is absolutely amazing. Staff at every level shows such genuine care for their patients. They are kind, thorough, and very understanding. I was so intimidated by starting allergy treatment and they have been here for me every step of the way. Highly recommend!

I have been going here for years. The entire staff is pleasant, Dr. Heath and Ryan believe in explaining their treatment well, have flexible scheduling, have an awesome respiratory tech, short wait time, and as accommodating and helpful as an operating facility can be. I feel like they genuinely care about their patients well being.

If I can give a negative stars I will, I called if I can reschedule my appointment and every person that I talked with have different answer which is very annoying that they all different things to say even as when I check in to the front desk which is a total frustration that they have different answer too, as there people need more training or better communication .
