Really great, knowledgeable, friendly staff and provider. Doctor took time and listened. My complaint would be that I was left alone in an exam room for almost an hour with no updates. I had to go to the front desk to get help. It happens. Still recommend. The quality of care is excellent.
The team are truly a pleasure to work with. Doctor Heath was great to work with getting diagnosed. She asked just the right questions and made me feel heard for the first time in a 15 month hive journey. Laquanya has jumped through hoops for me with 3 different insurances in 6 months! Melanie gives shots I never feel! And, the front desk is a joy to work with. I am so happy I was referred to this medical office.
The doctor there really seems like she cares and is generous with her time. It was a positive experience
EDIT: No one called back. I waited a week and called this morning. I FINALLY spoke to someone and got an appointment set up. I used to be a patient here but after my doctor retired I was considered a new patient and required to wait six months before I could see another doctor in the same clinic. I don't understand this and decided not to follow up, my general physician was able to handle my care. Starting in June of 2024 I started having severe colds. Dr. Jordan Heath is great, her scheduling team is not. I had an appointment for allergy testing, which is had been waiting 5 years for since insurance took that long to find this play, 5 years unable to eat chocolate, fruit, or any major allergen because a bloodtest 6 years ago said I was allergic to everything under the sun. Only to be told the day of my appointment "this isn't scheduled for allergy testing, it's a 6 week follow up.
