I would like to make a formal complaint against Dr. Larissa Lim. She was covering for Dr. Timothy Elder, who is my mothers GP, during the time my mother, Marie Joey Owen, was in the hospital at North Florida Regional, dates: March 10 - 21, 2023. Not only did the care I received not help my condition in any way, it convinced me they were only concerned with money. To make a long story short-the $108 bill that my insurance didn’t cover ended up on my credit report as a collection. Even after it was paid in full, they refused to remove it. I have to live with a derogatory mark on my credit for 7 years. Never again will I use any services from SimedHealth!
RecommendedStaff is welcoming and helpful, I’ve been going to Simed for many years and have been very pleased with my experience.

Your "help" at your doors need to learn they are the first SIMED people we YOUR CUSTOMERS see.They are rude very UN-professional and are really full of themselves. I am not a patient but the spouse of a long time patient of yours. I am 74 years old your patient is 70 years old. Recently she was hospitalized.While in NFRMC she had a heart attack and had to have a stent.She was originally hospitalized for COPD. Sabrina checked everyone in like a boss... You would have thought she had 4 hands. Trish was the nurse / paramedic and was equally awesome. Dr. Toni was also amazing, very caring and efficient. Absolutely recommend First Care at SIMED

I had an appointment with Dr Kosboth! They screened the patients at the door! Only patients were permitted inside! I checked in at the counter! Very few patients were in the waiting room! Chairs were arranged so you could sit while social distancing and all people wore masks! In a short while I was called back to see Dr Kosboth! My visit was hopeful and encouraging! Dr Kosboth's room was pristine and well sterilized! After my visit I exited out to my waiting car!

Dr Punte and Dr Paulian really get the job done. Dr Punte made notes and followed up with my primary care drs and totally got them off their rear ends. I finally have made steps forward. Dr Paulian filled in the gaps where my primary failed and I am now within 24 hours getting scans that I have waited almost 3 full weeks while suffering. I hope this all resolves the past 6 years of issues. looking forward to getting this gallbladder out and hopefully other surgeries that have been on hold due to slacking primary care .
