It’s always pleasure when I come my doctor’s appointment. The clinical assistant are always on point when it come to customer service. Murkram was outstanding from the time that I was called back to him comforting me when giving me my FLU shot. I was very pleased today. Thank you!
The entire care team is extremely efficient, sweet and supportive. I saw Dr. Harrell! His bedside manner is incredible and he was knowledgeable and I felt my concerns were heard and thoroughly discussed. Not to mention he has a good sense of humor and style. All of my staff interactions were very positive and the team is caring. 10/10 recommend this place and Dr. Harrell for primary. Thank you guys so much!
Great service and staff!
What a terribly run operation! I paid the bill and have a statement and a receipt showing so but they still keep sending me the same bill for the same date of service. Cannot get anyone on the phone and their fax number is not working. Stay away.
The entire staff was helpful and friendly and wonderful. 10/10
