Rude and unprofessional front office staff. Cannot even answer a simple question. Will not be scheduling due to these 3 separate interaction over the phone.

A pratice with no compassion, no empathy. No remorse. They gave my fiancé the wrong directions and wrong suite number and she was hardly even late. They refused to see her despite her pain and issues. She waited months for the appointment. They did not care. They ignored her pleas and turned her away. Usually I’m an easy going person. Nothing but positive things to say about the neurology department of SIMED. I called the office just about everyday for the past month trying to get a sooner appointment. The ladies who took my calls were always so sweet and helpful. Really liked Dr. Yancey too — he is direct and to the point which I appreciate. I’ve had a lot of negative experiences with doctors shrugging me off so I really appreciated the way Dr. Yancey made me feel heard.
Dr. Vong is amazing! He goes above and beyond to take care of his patients. He makes sure you get the treatment and care you need and refers you to other specialists as needed. He takes the time to talk with you, go over any concerns you have, and answers your questions. He does not rush you at all. All of his staff are professional, very friendly, and willing to take care of you.
