I am sick, so I have to reschedule my imaging appointment. They do NOT answer the phone even if you call within business hours. They also do not call back if you leave a voicemail. Super frustrating because I don’t want to be labeled as a no show if I am trying to reschedule. Never had a hospital this difficult to receive care.
Nearly impossible to get copies
To be honest the front desk lady was pretty much trash with her attitude to customer service. Never looked up when she was typing one key at time on the computer. Called the Ocala office while I was waiting on the lady in Gainesville to help. The Ocala office answered my question. The Gainesville office is not garbage
I went in for imaging today and had the most wonderful technician imaginable..... Isabel was unbelievably kind, caring, helpful, thoughtful and compassionate. She is absolutely extraordinary! Thank you so much, Isabel, your patients are very fortunate to have you!
