Nearly impossible to get copies
To be honest the front desk lady was pretty much trash with her attitude to customer service. Never looked up when she was typing one key at time on the computer. Called the Ocala office while I was waiting on the lady in Gainesville to help. The Ocala office answered my question. The Gainesville office is not garbage
I went in for imaging today and had the most wonderful technician imaginable..... Isabel was unbelievably kind, caring, helpful, thoughtful and compassionate. She is absolutely extraordinary! Thank you so much, Isabel, your patients are very fortunate to have you!
They do not answer their phone, purposely send them to voicemail.
