Emily got me in quick and was fantastic! 😊
It was a great experience at Simed imaging. Emily answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable while I had an ultrasound. She was very prompt on time and friendly.
Everyone is very kind there. I've had scans at other places that make you feel like cattle. Not here. It's friendly and accommodating. Emily was amazing! She has a passion for her job. It's so nice to see someone love what they do. Plus I love her accent!
My appointment for an ultrasound with Emily at SIMED imaging was amazing! She got me in and out quickly and made sure all my questions were answered.
Even if my experience at the time of the MRI procedure was positive and the technician was incredible nice and professional, I can only give them a 1 star because of the Front Desk Department. I had to call them at least 40-45 times to make the appointment, confirmation of documents, follow up, etc. They NEVER returned my phone calls, despite the multiple message, and I believe they answered my call twice. I requested a disk copy after the procedure, and they never mailed it. Their excuse was that it had been returned to the... read more
