Took my son there,was the to have pin test,when we SEEN the doctor,she had this doctor coat on and the slave was black on the sleeve,look like mold,and the office was dirty,needless to say I never went back.
While I have no qualm with the doctor, in fact, she was wonderful my problem lies within their billing department and front office staff. When I asked them to check to make sure our new insurance was covered I was assured that it was. About 6 months later I get a bill in the mail because my insurance was not accepted. After three months of calling and leaving voicemails I finally got connected with someone in accounts receivables who got authorization through her supervisor to discount my bill but that was the best she could... read more
