Great comprehensive care.
My spouse has been trying to get prior authorization for an urgently needed medication since Sep 12. Bottom line, after several calls to Insurance and the pharmacy the Doctors office has not either called or submitted paperwork to Her Insurance. It is now 17 October and prior authorization has not happened. Unacceptable.
I’m not sure how many one star reviews is going to take in order for this company to get it together. I had a referral sent over for my son almost a month ago to the allergy clinic. I’ve left several messages to try and get it scheduled and no one has called me back. Don’t even bother replying to this Jessica because I see your generic responses to every review left and it’s pointless.
IF i could give NO STARS that's what it be!! I would like to start off my saying that Ms. Floegel was VERY rude and VERY unprofessional. She came into the office didnt acknowledge herself , and ask me why was I here. I was trying to talk to her and she was just looking at her computer not giving me any eye contact or to make me feel that she was listening to me. If you enjoy dealing with the rudest most dysfunctional and unprofessional front office staff, then this is the place for you. However, Dr. Colberg and one of the nurses are great … I’d give them 5 stars.
