2026 Update: (for my relative's review) they took me in 20 minutes after my appointment. My daughter now has to spend more time in town wasting her time instead of being able to go home right away because she can't take me home afterward due to her appointment somewhere else and my house being so far. ------------------------- 2023: The doctor doesn't listen. Simed charge to much just for missing a doctors appointment
Billing Systems and patient portal are a mess. No invoices received for 3 months, no invoice available in the patient portal. I have to take time off from work to go to their office to pay their bill. Can’t be a patient with no invoicing
Today I went for my 7th allergy shot. It was such a nice experience. Thank you to the folks who check me in, the L & M team who give the shots and the entire staff. Thanks for always being a joy to work with!
