I noticed on my credit report in 12/19 they had submitted an unpaid bill for $25.44. My copay has always been $50 and paid at each visit. I called and got a huge run around about a bill from the 2016?!! So to get it off my credit I agreed and paid the amount , then 3 days later received a bill for $24.56 they said was for 6/2018. I disputed that since I have a receipt. Then 1/20/20 I recieved another bill for $50 for a visit from 10/14/2019. Again I have the receipt where I paid my $50 copay. This is by far the most unprofessional medical group in Gainesville. The staff is rude and unprofessional as well as inadequate to treat patients properly. Go where you're treated with respect and first and foremost where the staff knows that they are providing a service to patients that CHOOSE to visit their practice.

Have always had a great experience at Simed . All my Dr.s are there and they are all wonderful

Do not go there trust me on this the front desk receptionist and the women in the admin section are all idiots and rude and the wait time is ridicules and the Dr,s are all quacks and there service sucks
