I’ve been a patient at Simcoe Smiles for a long time now and have nothing but a positive experience. My husband recently switched over to Simcoe Smiles and he has been absolutely blown away by the excellent care and treatment provided by the staff. June went above and beyond to set up a last minute dental exam and tooth fix for my husband today. He is so happy he made the switch. The care at Simcoe Smiles is fantastic.
I went there after a while of not having gone to a dentist. I found this place via Google reviews and it was close to me so I went in. Well I cannot say enough good things. Everyone was amazing and I can definitely say it was my best dental experience ever. If I could give 6 stars out of 5, I would.
I have been a patient at this dental office since I was a little girl, when June would clean my teeth. Over 20 years later, this office still feels like home to me. Dr. Todd was always incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made every visit comfortable. When Dr.Todd retired he was my dentist for 35 years, so I was apprehensive when Dr Sorichetti took over, nothing to worry about. Dr.Sorichetti is a very skilled and fantastic caring dentist, who took care of a couple of problems with my teeth. Thanks Dr. D your the best.
Went in for teeth whitening. The bulb was noted to be broken halfway through the treatment. Was told they would order in a new bulb and the treatment would be free(by two staff members), for the inconvenience. Now that the treatment is finished they are making me pay, and telling me I misunderstood. So very wrong. Being compensated for inconvenience is morally correct, but telling me now I misunderstood is not right!
