Extremely frustrating and unfair experience at this parking lot. There was no clear signage indicating that pre-payment was required when entering or accessing the building. I parked for a few hours and made sure to pay the full daily rate before leaving by using the QR code in the lobby. Despite paying in full, I still received a penalty notice for “No Record of Payment.” When I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, the response was unacceptable—the representative was rude and not helpful at all.
