Be aware! No clear signs on whether to pay before we leave the vehicle or after before leaving the garage. We paid for the parking as we were leaving and noticed a ticket on the window of our car. When we called to try to dispute it, the representative on the call said "we didn't know how to interpret the sign and we paid late". The only nice thing was they decreased our fine from $98 to $25 CAD. (Other parking garages in the area have clear signs & instructions)
The most unfair parking ever experience. Robbing people of there own money just to pay, no proper sign outside definitely a trauma!!! Wont be going here ever again! Run away of you see this!
Never pay for this parking. I kept receiving tickets even I paid monthly. Now, it's the third time I got a ticket. I was paying for troubles, I realized. Looking forward to the forth time.
Misleading and fraudulent signage which clearly says that payment needs to be done at the end when you "return to your vehicle." There is no mention of prepayment. However, when you return to your vehicle, you are greeted with a parking ticket stating there's no record of payment. Contacting customer service is useless and refuses to help.
