Felt like a fly trap. I came based on suggestion from AI chat application. I was visiting from out of town and used an Impark facility for the first time. I assumed I would be charged for parking on exiting the lot. Instead I learned I was expected to pay ahead and post the receipt. I only even noticed the invoice once I got onto the street without being stopped for payment. This felt a bit dishonest. I will avoid Impark parking facilities in the future.
As others have said predatory parking experience with no cell service underground could not access app. There is only one kiosk to pay which is at the entrance which is can be 2 blocks away from parking space. Very disappointing and do not recommend for first time users.
