The exit planning is very poor. You see a door that reads “exit,” you walk up three sets of flights to the exit door, and then that door is locked shut with a maglock… what are you supposed to do to get out? Pull the fire emergency handle to unlock it? This happened at two consecutive doors. Pretty sure this is a fire code violation.

A little confusing with the connecting parking lot. Make sure you take a picture of where you park
I wish I could give zero stars. I misunderstood the new payment policy and they charged me $82 to park. Customer service was awful and no help at all.
