Clayton was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I will be requesting him when I get my furnace and air conditioner regulator maintenance done. He fixed the air conditioner problem that was caused during the furnace installation so there was no charge. He also showed me how to make sure my air conditioner is working properly and what I could do as a homeowner to extend its life.
James was awesome. Saved us. He trouble shooted our issue and was methodical in figuring it out. A real pro! Thank you James and SMHC!!!

SMHC came out in April to take a look at our furnace. They quickly determined, unsurprisingly, that a new furnace was urgently needed. We easily scheduled the replacement and Alex and Grant arrived, did a quick scope of work survey, estimated how long the job would take and got to it. They kept communicating throughout the job so we knew how it was progressing.
