My installation happened 48 hours of me ordering my new furnace. The guys were professional and polite with no indication of a mess when they left the coordinator of installations named Lindsay was most helpful and courteous. I even got a phone call from the president of the company offering me a better choice of equipment to suit my needs professionalism at its core. Thank you everybody!!!
I was in a tough spot when my hot water heater quit. I had SMHC come have the very next day. I was in need of a new hot water system as well as a water softener. The salesman was very helpful in figuring out a solution to my problem. Linzee was extremely helpful in facilitating my install, and getting everything lined up. The installers Collin and Rob were very professional. They did an immaculate job. It looks nicer than it did originally. All in all everyone I dealt with from start to finish has been a gem. My experience was nothing short of exceptional excellent customer service. Starting from the Sales Rep - Marshall and to Linzee for the Account Setup and the two gentlemen for the Installations Colin Van + Rob. The team did great and gave me a soft landing.
