Incredibly disappointing and negative experience with Suzette at the food handler's certification exam. Did not want to accept cash payment in coins, said it was ridiculous to bring coins and that financial department would not accept coins. I offered to count them out for her, she said she did not have time to count and refused to accept payment until I returned with a bill. Said exam score would be withheld until bill was received. Absolutely poor service with regards to the back delay on the immunization updates online. My kid has been sitting at home for three days now suspended while he has his immunization shot because of this backlog, figure your shit out. How many kids are in his school right now that don’t have immunizations due to religion or some other nonsense. Figured out, so my kid can get back to school and learn
As an immigrant, I was lost as I could not understand my kids immunization card and I didn’t know how to put it in the system. I called this location and Tina was just AMAZING. She helped me understand all the vaccines my kids have got and which ones they would need now and where do I need to go to get them. Tina was amazing!!!
