Horrible place worst clinic in Durham
I have had Dr. Uju for many years and so far had absolutely no issues of concern. He always treats me with respect, always listens to my concerns and always asks if there are any further issues. I know the staff at the front desk take a lot of crap from some patients and sometime the patients get angry at them. If the patients make an appointment there would be less waiting time. I find the ladies patient and friendly.
We went here because other walk ins were closed and found the place fairly quiet for a walk in. The receptionist was friendly and professional, as was the female doctor we saw. And the patient room was unusually clean and tidy so I dont understand the bad reviews.
Stole 60$ from a homeless person as I went in for a letter and was charged for something entirely different, also didn't receive my letter for work and could be losing my job due to this.
I visited this location and front desk one of the old lady absolutely have no training to deal with public , Unfriendly, Dull mode, No care i think this location management to pay attention to front desk staff training. Drs are great , but the front desk staff needs training or replacement. today i called in and asked to book appointment over the phone lady told me that dr put the not not taking me as patient, it is not fair , Dr you should not be doing beacuse of that frond desk staff who has no ethics, manners, training ho... read more
