I had a great experience with Simcoe Home Comfort, they came in to fix a furnace issue I had and reassured that everything would be okay as I was very worried about it. Would definitely recommend these guys!!
Simcoe Home comfort serviced my furnace and did a great job and was very reasonable in price and proffesional.
Had a issue with a thermostat in a tenanted home I rent out. Showed up for a few minutes, watched the furnace go through a cycle and left charging a WHOPPING $150 BUCKS just for the visit without changing the thermostat in question. Called them back two days later to change the thermostat as it was sadly still acting up and they wanted to charge $60 dollars for the new thermosstat (fair) and the kicker .... the WHOPPING $150 service call fee again???? so $360 TOTAL for a thermostat change?!?! I have used Simcoe Home Comfort twice now. First time to replace my thermostat and now to service my furnace and new air conditioning unit. Steve is amazing!! He was quick to quote and to complete install even in the busiest time of the year!! If you are looking for an overall down to earth, no games, honest and hard working Steve and Simcoe Home Comfort is the company to do business with. I'm extremely happy with the service I received and my new AC!!! I will not use anyone else! Thank you Steve and Doug!!!
