Dr Ian and Dr Dana have been my family doctors for about ten years now, since I was a child. My good experiences with them have been few and far between. My experiences with their receptionists, however, have always been good. Dana Young is a NIGHTMARE. I held off writing a review , but she has now crossed the line making my mother cry and uncomfortable during her last visit simply because she went to the walk in clinic and that it would cost Dana money. On top of that, she kicked me off of her client list last year simply because I was extending my lease in Guelph (I already lived hear for 4 years). When she dropped me as a client it was in a middle of a call talking about my severe anxiety. Shame on you Dana.

Dana Young doesn't deserve to be called doctor, she is dismissive of your health needs, and has a 5 minute time limit. Awful doctor.
