Great pediatric dental clinic! The staff is kind and patient, and they made my child feel very comfortable. Highly recommend for children’s dental care
My family of 5 has been using Dr Michael and his practice for about 6 years, maybe more. We had always had a good experience, until the last few months. My family was in for another round of checkups, as we use a private hygienist, and a couple of fillings on the kids. Dr Micheal's current associate dentist was extremely rude and condescending when I asked a question about the filling, and proceeded to give me a lecture on how she was the expert and I was not, and implied that if I didnt agree with her, I was stupid. Always had a phobia about going to the dentist but that was quickly dispelled once I started attending Simcoe Family Dentistry. The atmosphere is friendly, the staff are welcoming, put you at your ease, and make sure you are comfortable before and during any procedure. Dr. Michael, as they all do, listens to your concerns and does not rush you through your appointment.
