I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Simcoe Drug Mart. They closed without any notice, leaving me in a very difficult situation. I have several repeat prescriptions with this pharmacy, containing important medications that I rely on daily. Now, with the sudden closure, there is absolutely no way to contact the owner or the pharmacy to retrieve my medications or transfer my prescriptions elsewhere. Zero customer service, make you wait unnecessary. I went there at 6 PM on Tuesday, it was closed but google shows it will closed at 6-30 PM, they don't even update their timing.
No smile ,No eye contact ,No attention ,Throwing meds to patients .Please mind how gentle you can be .Thank you
