10 STARS! - All I can say is Wow!!! I recently installed a light coloured carpet in my basement and after a party noticed a stain. I called Simcoe Carpet for advice, and they recommended their stain remover. I visited their store to buy a bottle, and to my amazement, the spot cleaner worked like magic! Next time I need my carpets cleaned, I know who to call! Great Customer Service!!!
