I hate to leave a 1-star review, but unfortunately, Simco has been the hardest company I’ve ever tried to work with in terms of communication. I first reached out in early December, called their main number, and was assured they handled my type of project. They said a technician would call me, and when I asked about the timeline, I was told they would fit us in. From there, it’s been nothing but frustration. These guys are the best. Especially Troy he does whatever it takes to see to it you are happy with the job.
Simco has an attentive and well trained commercial refrigeration staff. The owner works with me to make sure everything is well run and economical 5 stars is really not enough. Excellent small business
