I would give zero stars if I could. Their van #2 ran myself and another vehicle off the rode almost causing two separate car accidents. I would NOT recommend for you or your loved ones to use this company, there is clearly epidemic in their company of poor drivers. Made multiple attempts to speak with a manager concerning this problem, company failed to pick up a single call.
Had one of their units veer into my lane to the point I was about to give a warning honk. I know their drivers do not go through any special training but that is absolutely ridiculous coming from a wheelchair van. Will not reccomend to anyone I know needing this van. Would rather call PMT
I would give them zero Stars if I could.. I was on the 60 Freeway in in Moreno valley, I saw van number #3 flipping off another car and throwing a water bottle at it, while having a wheelchair patient aboard.. II would never recommend this transport company to anyone..
I was on the 60fwy heading into Moreno Valley on Tuesday at 3 p.m. i witnessed one of simcares vans #3 throwing water bottles at another car and flipping the people in the other car off.. the terrible thing is the SIMcare driver had a wheelchair patient aboard while doing this.. Hopefully he will be disciplined and not allowed to drive for another Transport company
