RecommendedWent to Safelite first, their price was outrageous on top of not being able to get it done soon enough. Excellent service!!! Ray went above and beyond to help me with my 3 cracked windshields!!! He is amazing! His staff is excellent! The 2 guys who came out to fix our cars even told me how wonderful of a boss Ray is and how they love working for him!!!! What a complement!!! I highly recommend Simbol Auto Glass.

Overall a reliable and competent organization. They do a good job and stand by their work if a problem is ever to occur. If you need a windshield replaced don't second guess yourself if you end up at Simbol in Waterford. The owner cares as much about his quality of work as he does customer satisfaction. The first guys that came out to replace the windshield did an awful job, The rubber seal was all ripped up after it was replaced. I called the company and sent pictures, the owner called me back immediately and said it would be fixed. He ordered a new part for the one that was screwed up and came out the very next day soon as my part arrived to replace it. He was very professional, and speedy and thanked me for being a customer.
