EDIT: Simba replied, and obviously didn't read my review in full. They say my project would require a permit and extensive work - that was completely false. My project was determined to NOT need a permit, and it got done quickly and easily. Just more Simba incompetence - can't even read. **I specifically told their kid that Southwest Gas looked at it and determined it would not need a permit, but just a simple repair right at the surface level.
