The property manger of the Robey ave in Rockford IL apartments is a joke. We as neighbors are have major issues as including property damage to there house as of the first of the year 2024 with there tenets shooting off 18 rounds of ammunition and we have had other issue leading up to this that was never addressed so I would stay far far away from this place. The cops are constantly there Because of issues and Drugs So either fix the issues or tear the place down. End of story!!
Never answers the phone people always parking other peoples parking spot place is a dump
So far so good. It takes u to call a couple times to get to them to get to see a place but they nice my building not to bad it's very quiet. Just fill out app online then call and they get back to u. If u really in a hurry I say keep calling them
Can't get a maintenance man for any issues
