Dr. Vidwan is very knowledgeable and humane: She is very wise and is not stuck in her knowledge; she is able to recognize when to refer a patient to an specialized doctor in order to better help her patients. I will always talk to her about any health doubts and listen to her advice.
Front desk should acknowledge patients with hello I'll be with you or a smile or a nad even when on phone, when patients come to the desk. Latina lady just gives you a mean sturn look, like I'm busy so dont even dare to ask me anything. No empathy..... Lab emp is very kind & helpful. Dr Vidwan was kind & listen with empathy. She got the ball rolling by ordering me xray due to 27 dys of cough and I a have cancer hx. They found a suspicious nodule from that xray. Ty another battle to deal with but grateful for early find.
Dr Vidwan is an excellent doctor. She is very personable and cares about her patients. I would recommend her to others.
End of year visit was great. Dr V ( and nurse Jackie) take the time to ask questions and listen to me. Feel fortunate they are part of my care team.
