They do not care about their tenant rights.
The nastiest place I ever lived. I live there for 2 years and with in the first 2 months there was mold growing everywhere. There pest control was horrible and after a year I was dealing with mice for 1000 a month always got ignored by management when I asked for those problems to be solved
Lived there for several years. It wasn't that great before, but the new owners ignore maintenance requests. Heard the same from other people as I was moving out.
Lived here for a few months. Its AWFUL. The women who showed me the apartment was nice but wasnt the women i spoke to on the phone. I believe her name was pat? She was extremely rude and disrespectfull. The process of getting the apartment was hell. She wouldnt rerurn my calls after i had told her i was interested in renting. Then when it came time to fill out the paper work for the apartment she said there was no way for her to work around my scheduel! Since she doesnt work weekends!!!
