I've been going to this clinic for 7 years. The original clinic was on Stuebner Airline Rd, and the new clinic on Louetta is even better. Both Alex and William Chen are experienced doctors who offer exceptional care. Allowing me as a patient to ask questions and add input to my treatment plan. The only thing problematic is they don't offer the option to do a culture swab before prescribing antibiotics. Regardless, this clinic is exceptionally good. I would recommend it.

Sims Family Clinic is just an amazing office!!! Dr William Chen is such a kind and knowledgeable doctor. He takes the time to listen to his patients. His entire office staff from the front to the back are very compassionate, professional, helpful and kind. We really enjoy going to his beautiful office and we are always greeted warmly.
