Silvis Center was really good with my dad and took good care of him. They were sad when he left. With all places, there are always some issues. They were able to fix them. I will definitely send my dad there again if needed!
Positive over all experience. After care check was good. Staff friendly. Check-in at door was fast. Only concern was food service. Needs to be examined and upgraded. Other wise Met all our needs !
Very concerned about the staffing and conditions in this rehab center. Inattentive to patients, slow to answer call buttons. Medications were improperly given. Food was terrible and there seems to be an outbreak of some kind of food poisoning. Don't bring your loved one here.
Very clean environment. Food looked good. Friendly atmosphere.
