My Mother recently got admitted to the rehab wing and she seems like she likes it there. I enjoyed time with her outdoors in the garden area.
Avoid this place like the plague. My mother was in this facility when she ultimately passed. The facility/nurses here will create fake health records in order to get out of doing the work. Multiple times I went in and found the following: O2 was turned down from 10L -> 4L where hospice had left it and instructed the facility staff to leave it. Vitals were documented as O2 was at 98% on room oxygen. She had COPD and lung cancer and even on 10L never hit 98%. The entire wing smelled of urine to the point it was almost toxic. I... read more
The staff taking care of my father in-law were very friendly, caring and joked around with him which lightened the mood while he had his blood pressure checked. Several caretakers walked by our room with warm smiles which added to the atmosphere of the setting. I’m so very appreciative of the staff and their kindness; thank you!!
