Most employees were very nice and helpful
Silvis Center Nursing Rehab. Center was a great experience. The center was very current atmosphere and extremely well maintained! It was a clean inviting atmosphere for the residents and their visiting family and friends !
The staff here are.most helpful and caring. My only complaint was the food. Too little. Too bland, no condiments. Cold most of the time.
Since being purchased just over a year ago, the rates have gone up to be 33% higher than the norm, food is brought halfway across town from another facility, CNA's don't help feed those that need help when volunteers are present (often not even one in the dining room), they were only allowed a small can of pop (ginger ale) on Friday which has been eliminated, juice is now only served at breakfast, and no employees help gather people for Sunday services.
