Second time I've been here. I thought maybe the first time was a fluke. No, it's really bad! Extremely slow service. We had two pizzas. The first one was ok. The second my kids couldn't even eat. The pancetta was not cooked. Literally the girls each had one piece and couldn't finish it. The owner said the best he could do was to make it half price. Terrible. Stay away!!!
I've been here twice and had two very different experiences. First time in January was fabulous. Pizza was perfect. Yesterday, not so much. Greeted with enthusiasm, but service was very slow even though there were few customs. When the pizza arrived, it was burnt. Second pizza was better, but looks like the bottom of the stove or oven they are cooking on must have a lot of burned on flour. Got dessert, ok, but tasted like maybe it was a little old. Waiter was very nice.
Freshest ingredients. Delicious pizza. Sassy sangria. Wait staff that is pleasant and attentive. Have been coming here over 10 years and it has only gotten better. Give Silvio's a try
I went to Silvio's today with my friends on a whim, and let me just tell you this place is amazing. The owner greeted us right at the door pretty much with fresh biscotti. The pizza and bruschetta platter we got were absolutely delicious. Best fresh pizza crust EVER. The restaurant itself is cute, clean, and modern. They grow their own fresh herbs for pizzas, too!
