First met Silvio about 7 years ago when I was initially considering selling my home. I eventually decided to rent it out to family, but Silvio was always there throughout the years giving advice, referring contractors, …etc. When I finally was ready to list the home last year, Silvio put together and executed a plan to maximize my ROI. He is very knowledgeable of the R.E. market and very attentive and accessible. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell/purchase a home!
