My boyfriend and I came here for manis and pedis recently. During the pedicure, the tech cut my boyfriend’s toenail really badly and it bled profusely. I know cuts happen, but I don’t think this was handled well. It didn’t stop bleeding which led me to ask what happened. She said she was trying to address an ingrown toenail but must have gone too far in. I had to ask them for a paper towel and a bandaid because they didn’t seem to be particularly concerned. The worst
Yolanda gave me an incredible and precise pedicure. The value for $25 is unbelievable and I will make sure to be back specifically for her. Unfortunately, they seem to overbook as I waited 20+ minutes for my scheduled appointment. Hopefully this was just a once off.
