Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor. She showed a lack of interest in her patients' well-being. My wife’s lab results were concerning, and despite multiple attempts to reach out for follow-up and a necessary prescription, we received no response. What made the situation even more distressing is that my wife is currently pregnant, and we expected a higher level of care and urgency. I cannot recommend her services based on our experience.

Fatal experiencia. Estuve esperando más de 1 año por mi cita. Estando embarazada de alto riesgo me pusieron en una lista de espera que nunca llegó. Al fin el día de mi cita programada, llegué unos minutos tarde debido a mi bebé y a la lluvia y se me negó la atención (aún cuando mi tardanza estaba en el rango permitido en el sistema de UHealth ) La doctora nunca se presentó. Terrible service. I had one appointment with her, she ordered labs and ask me to message her through the UM patient portal when the results were in. After waiting over two weeks for a response, I messaged her again asking for her recommendations. A staff member replied that my messages were forwarded to her. She never replied to my messages. Doctors don’t realize that we hire them to provide a service, and if we’re unsatisfied we can fire them. So, Dr. Menendez you’re fired.
