In this hard times of need this person has failed its patients by not answering their phone.
Starting with Doctor Sylvia Castillo and all staff very unprofetional,very rude nurses no experience what so ever,Dr talking on the phone while consoulting pt. An absoulute terrible Experience,i honostly dont understand how this Dr is still funtioning .never again will i step in that office,will never recomend to no one.
My experience with her was very positive. I had to wait an hour and a half, but she was well worth the wait. She thoroughly investigated my issues. I felt like she took too much time with me even though the waiting room was full. In an age when doctors limit their consultations to 5 minutes, this is refreshing. Overall, she gets 5 stars from me.
She was the most unprofessional doctor we've come across. I took mother to her appointment and was not even prepared with her results. She said, "Let's read the results together." She made a joke in very poor taste about her will and testament just because my sister, dad and I accompanied her to the appointment because she made it sound very serious. The “doctor” is never on time for the colonoscopy procedure, preparation instructions are incorrect and the office personnel is very unprofessional, appointments are scheduled for several persons at the same time and waiting time is two hours or more. Rude employees pretending to be nurses as well.
