Very poor professionalism, never explained any other option except surgery. Does not see you as a person, only as a $. Shows no compassion or empathy towards patients. Makes assumptions without any proof of personal diagnosis from labs or biopsy reports. Had to go to MD Anderson in Houston for explanations and options. She recieved my lab and biopsy results and never notified me of these results. I had to request them on my own. Diagnosed rectal cancer and referred us to Dr Pena who did robotic surgery. Very professional and very competent we highly recommend her.
