I havent had a working oven since day one.... ive put in so many maintenance requests... maintenance is incompetent. Enetered my suite many times without permission (have it recorded on my security camera). I have tried numerous times to have the local office call me with no success... avenue living is the worst property managment ive dealt with in my 30 years of renting... i will be filing a claim with the office of residential tenancies...
