There was a leak from an AC unit due to a blockage of a drain causing water damage to the three units below mine. While they were able to remove the blockage, in so doing they left dirty hand prints on my walls, scratched and left dirty water stains on the hardwood floors surrounding my utility closet. I was charge $895 and given no receipt/invoice. I called three times asking for a receipt for insurance purposes, and asked for a call from the plumber to explain the source of the blockage.
